 Refund

Refunds: Items are not refundable, but we will happily exchange the goods within 3 days. 
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost

Delivery Policy All online items purchased will be shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays  once payment has been received 

Damaged goods:
Damage to goods while in transit or defects in manufacturing do occasionally occur. If the unfortunate event of damage or a defect happens to your goods, we will make it right. Please fully inspect your rug at the time of delivery, and take note of any imperfections at that time. Then please contact us and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

For commission rugs

For Custom orders feel free to send us any potential designs you have, we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote and discuss your design and requirements if necessary.

Custom rugs can be produced in 5 days at the earliest depending on the style and design. Large rugs could take up to 2-4 weeks, after which we will send them to you. Please let us know if the order is needed by a certain date, as you can use express delivery. We highly recommend shipping with tracking.

We only ship within New Zealand and Australia. 

Store Stock

I will be stocking up online stores weekly with different rugs and tufted pieces.

How to care for your rug

  • Vacuum regularly to remove dirt and debris.
  • Avoid exposing the rug to direct sunlight, which can cause fading
  • Spot clean spills immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not wash in the washing machine.) 
  • If a thread becomes loose in your rug, do not pull it, but carefully cut it with sharp scissors. This will not damage the rug.

Materials

Our rug is 100% handmade using acrylic yarn and backed with non-slip or felt fabric. Recommended in areas of low traffic.

Each rug we make is drawn, tufted, glued, backed, shaved, carved, and then finally brushed; all with premium materials.
A long process that ensures our rugs are incredibly high quality
and are sure to last a long time.
